1st was the self titled half Asian sensation Dil Sharif-easy a stone up 😜,then the cram-man Stephen Cram turns up after what feels like forever away after the big night- also looking like a stone up 😜🤣💥!!
That with fantastic efforts from everyone else in 1-2-1s and squad session,makes it a brilliant start to the week!!
Huge efforts and graft needed to push skankman Leon Green all the way through to gorilla 🦍 show!!🎯

💥💥💥Can someone please call the police and report a robbery..... Shaun Robertson just done the best business he's ever done in a boxing ring, controlled,out punched,out boxed the current belt holder with a truly amazing job from start to finish.......then was awarded a "draw"😲🧐🤔🫣😡
So unbelievably proud of his performance the best I've ever seen him box!!🙏

💥💥RANT ALERT 💥💥
Absolute disgrace of a turnout today😡- the boxing squad is for people who have ASKED ME to train them for competitive bouts/fights, but apparently they don't need to train in order to box under Ascend boxing training if today is anything to go by!? Boxing is built on respect, respect for yourself, respect for your opponent,respect for the sport- and firstly - respect for your gym/coach at a bare minimum!!!! You all no the terms of the gym- turn up graft and grow - you can't do that from the sofa or pub or anywhere else -SIMPLE! I personally set time aside for sessions away from my work and family,I also watch countless hours of footage a week (more time), clean the gym and your mess up daily,speak to countless promotions and company's for future opportunities for fighters,I create and deliver sessions for the benefit of the group, rarely the same session to keep you fully focused and engaged in your growth,if you don't mind terribly and actually turning up OR AT LEAST CONTACT ME personally and make me aware of your situation if unable to attend the session! ( this obviously isn't for the lads that have made me aware-this time)!
Please can you all read this and don't let this happen again - and please don't forget that I have no issues with pulling out any individual from any bout if they ain't committing to it - you all should no me by now and understand this is no threat and an absolute promise!! 💥💥

💥💥💥 that's Shaun Robertson all weighed in at 62.9kg for a 63kg contest tomorrow for Malik Ali at summer showdown 🎯 Tremendous work from Shaun once again throughout his training camp for another tough test!
I don't understand why fighters want to cut weight drastically up to the day of the fight,at Ascend boxing training we prefer to prepare in advance and be fit and strong at fight weight 🎯
