The process of a taper never misses. Read below how i achieve this…..

1. Set in base line with trimmers or clippers
2. Set top line with a 3 guard
3. Descend through your guards, half guard at a time
4. Smooth out your top line with scissor over comb and texturisers.
5. Edge up with your trimmers and refine any dark spots by picking with scissors and thinners.

How to: style a burst fade

1. Make sure the hair is fully saturated with water, either spray down or leave damp after a shower.

2. Apply salt spray evenly over the head, make sure to get it into the root and massage into the hair.

3. Remove nozzle off hairdryer and finger dry moving hair in all directions, dry backwards to create volume, the messier the better.

4. Apply product, matte clay or paste, starting at the back of the head where the hair is most dense, working forward to the hairline, making sure the product is applied to the root, mid lengths and ends.
5. Refine with a comb or fingers to position the hair exactly how you want it. Finish with a hairspray to set and lock that style in!
