Popped into today by chance I have never been made to feel at ease so quickly, both stylists had the knowledge beyond anything I’ve ever encountered but more importantly they both LISTENED. I have Afro hair and it can be quite daunting to simply ask if they can treat my hair, my concerns were not met with any judgement, and instead were immediately understood, both Paul and Libby were extremely knowledgeable about how the treatment works and explained it to me in a way I understand. I booked for a consultation and had some test strands taken and if the results are good I will be booking for treatment.
