I am always more than happy to swap times/days to accommodate you.

I am buying in products for your appointments, planning childcare, working around my full time job and my studies at university. Please just be respectful and let me know if you can’t make it.

Going forward, anyone who doesn’t attend an appointment without letting me know will be required to pay in full when booking back in.
