Are you applying enough sunscreen?

Most people don’t.

The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) recommends using around 1 teaspoon of sunscreen to adequately cover the face (including the ears and neck). This is approximately the amount that fits along your index and middle fingers.

If you’re outdoors, reapply every 2 hours, or sooner if you’ve been swimming or sweating.

Using the correct amount is just as important as choosing the right SPF. Daily sunscreen is one of the best ways to protect your skin from premature ageing and UV damage.
