I’m Lauren, and I started Blossom Beauty Co 18 years ago.

It began with a simple idea, to create a calm, welcoming space for clients. Over time, it’s grown into something shaped far more by the team than by me alone.

My day to day is still very much in the treatment room, alongside the quieter work of running the business behind the scenes.

I’m usually behind the camera rather than in front of it, but it felt right to end this series by acknowledging my place too.

Danielle has been part of the Blossom Beauty Co journey since 2020, joining as our very first part time employee at our previous premises. Since then, she has continued to grow alongside the salon, progressing to a full time role before being promoted to Assistant Manager in December 2024.

Danielle has built an incredibly loyal client base and is known for her passion for skincare, advanced treatments, and consistently high standards across all areas of beauty therapy. She has a particular interest in Hydrofacials and skin treatments, while also specialising in gel nails, massage, advanced waxing, lash and brow treatments.

Her calm, professional approach and attention to detail have made her a trusted therapist for many long standing clients, with a reputation for delivering both results driven treatments and exceptional client care.

Danielle continues to play a huge role within Blossom Beauty Co, supporting both the team and clients while continually developing her skills within the industry . . . ✧⋆

Louise runs her own independent aesthetics clinic, NAO Aesthetics NAOaesthetics, from Blossom Beauty Co every Sunday and Monday, when the salon offers a more private and relaxed environment.

With over 15 years of nursing experience and approaching her first year with us this summer, Louise is a qualified Nurse Prescriber and specialises in anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, facial contouring, skin boosters, polynucleotides, and microneedling, alongside detailed consultations tailored to each client’s individual goals and concerns.

Louise is known for her calm, professional approach and takes the time to ensure every client feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment choices. She is passionate about achieving natural looking results and creating personalised treatment plans that work for each individual.

Whether you’re new to aesthetics or looking to maintain existing treatments, Louise offers expert advice and a welcoming, professional service.

Lilly is the newest member of the Blossom Beauty Co team and supports the salon as our Saturday Salon Assistant.

She is currently finishing her GCSE exams and will soon be starting her Beauty Therapy training at college as she begins her journey into the beauty industry.

Lilly is already showing a real passion for the industry and is excited to continue learning, developing new skills, and gaining experience within the salon environment.

We’re so excited to support Lilly at the beginning of her beauty career and can’t wait to watch her grow within the industry 🤍

Neve joined Blossom Beauty Co in September 2024 as our apprentice and has already achieved so much in a short space of time.

After completing her Level 2 qualification in December, Neve quickly progressed into running a full column and is now continuing onto her Level 3 in Advanced Beauty Therapy.

She is passionate about skincare, client care, and creating a calm, welcoming experience for every client. Neve is also known for her immaculate gel nail work, with a strong attention to detail and beautifully finished results across all of her treatments.

Neve is always eager to continue learning, developing her skills, and bringing new ideas into the salon.

We’re incredibly proud of how far she has come already and excited to watch her continue to grow within the industry . . . ✧⋆

Jess is our Gel Nail Specialist at Blossom Beauty Co, she’s know for her attention to detail, consistency, and beautifully finished work.

She is passionate about creating nails that are carefully tailored to each client, with a focus on precision, long lasting results, and nail health. Every set is completed with care, ensuring a clean, refined finish that reflects her high standards.

Jess takes real pride in her work and is continually developing her skills to maintain the quality and consistency she is known for.
