As the needles create controlled microchannels, radiofrequency energy delivers heat beneath the skin. This encourages collagen contraction alongside the production of fresh collagen and elastin, making it particularly useful for:

Hair follicles have side jobs… who knew? 👀
They don’t just produce hair!
Follicles contain specialised cells that can support the skin’s natural repair response following minor injury.
And what about laser hair removal? Laser deliberately targets and damages selected hair follicles to reduce future growth which can confuse us with this fun fact , but your skin’s healing ability doesn’t rely on hair follicles alone. The surrounding skin cells and structures continue doing their job.
It’s another reminder that there’s far more happening beneath the surface than we can see and why understanding the biology behind the treatments we perform really matters!
