✈️ I’m officially on holiday for two weeks!
The clinic is now closed while I take a little time to rest, recharge and switch off.
I’ll be back in clinic from 12th aug and will reply to messages as soon as I can on my return. Online booking will remain open while I’m away.

Three decades in the industry, and I have seen many trends come and go and come back again .. I still stand by some of the older techniques and training to this day , although technology and beauty have evolved and so have we … so I’ve taken myself back in time for a few more decades just for fun 😂
From 1920s and vintage beauty rooms to big hair, flower power and around my beginnings of Y2K gloss, here’s my take on treatments through the decades.

Its funny isnt it how we can justify or dismiss things in our life ... we think nothing (sometimes) of the purchases that can cost yet when it comes to ourselves , our skin, our bodies we dismiss and say ... no thats too expensive .
Why do we see looking after ourselves as a luxury, but buying more stuff as normal?
The funny thing is, nobody wears your handbag every day.
Nobody notices what phone you've got after five minutes.
But you wear your face every single day of your life.
When you feel good in your own skin, it changes how you walk into a room, how you smile, how you carry yourself. Confidence isn't something you can buy off a shelf.
I'm not saying everyone should have treatments. Everyone's priorities are different, and that's completely okay.
What I am saying is this...
Stop feeling guilty for investing in yourself.
Because trends fade. Fashion changes. Material things lose value.
But feeling confident in the person you see in the mirror? That's something you carry with you every single day.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that better results come from doing more.
In reality… the best outcomes usually come from understanding what your skin (and face) actually needs.
Sometimes that’s hydration before volume.
