As we age, this process can naturally slow down, which can contribute to dullness, uneven texture and a build up of dead skin cells.

This is also why skincare and professional treatments take time to show results. You’re supporting a process that happens gradually, not overnight.

SPF is not optional just because summer is over.

If you’re investing in good skincare, booking regular treatments and working towards healthier, brighter, more even looking skin, you need to be protecting it too.

UVA exposure is still present throughout autumn and winter, even on cloudy days. It contributes to premature skin ageing and can worsen pigmentation and uneven skin tone.

So if you’re spending money on products and treatments to improve your skin, but skipping SPF every morning? You’re essentially working against the results you’re trying to achieve.

Your skincare routine doesn’t stop at your moisturiser. SPF is part of the routine, all year round 🤎

A little post-microneedling glow 🤎

These photos were taken immediately after treatment, when the skin is at the very start of its healing process. Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering a natural repair response and stimulating collagen and elastin production.

So whilst you can see the immediate redness here, the real results are happening over time. The skin continues to repair, remodel and regenerate long after the treatment is finished ☁️
