How is it December already 🤯🤯🤯 where’s the year gone? But aside from that I hope you are all keeping warm in this FREEZING cold weather🥶

I love nothing more than doing my morning routine for skin as it makes me feel like I have my life together, even though I probably have about 1029474 things to do but still manage to do them all and still have glowing skin whilst I am it 🤩

Your morning routine can be very simple just like the picture above, and even if you don’t feel like doing it, just push yourself and I guarantee you will be glad you did! 🥳

Self care without products 🧖🏼‍♀️🧖🏼

There is so many things you can do to treat your skin so I have chosen my top 9 things you can do!

1️⃣have a well balanced diet - start from the inside
2️⃣Clean your makeup brushes! You don’t know what bacteria is lurking in them
3️⃣DONT pick them blemishes, leave them be!
4️⃣Silk of Satin pillowcase are very beneficial for your face
5️⃣Exercise - this can tie in with the healthy balanced diet and help work from the inside out
6️⃣limit your sun exposure and use SPF of 30+ in the summer and 15+ in the winter, and yes you skin is still exposed in the winter
7️⃣ice your breakouts to help reduce the redness and inflammation
8️⃣Take some vitamins which are beneficial to your skin
9️⃣change your bedding once or twice a week to help with bacteria build up and effect your skin
