Just look at these results…

Lately, I’ve seen a lot of posts suggesting that dermal filler is something to avoid. My view is a little different.

This is a liquid facelift, where dermal filler has been strategically placed in different areas of the face to restore lost volume, improve facial proportions, soften shadows, and create a fresher, more rested appearance, often instantly.

Does that mean skincare doesn’t matter? Absolutely not.

Healthy skin is always the foundation, which is why every client also receives personalised skincare advice. Skin treatments improve the quality of your skin, while dermal filler replaces volume that skincare alone simply can’t.

So why choose one when you can benefit from both?

The key is balance. The right product, the right amount, the right technique, and knowing when not to treat.

This lovely client also left with a personalised skincare plan because I truly believe the best results come from combining treatments, not choosing one or the other.

Dermal filler isn’t the answer to everything, but when it’s used on the right person and performed well, I think the results speak for themselves.

Saturday mornings full of lips will always be my favourite because it’s what we do best.

Full. Juicy. Still her.

This client wanted noticeable volume but balanced, hydrated and beautifully shaped. Not overfilled. Not unnatural. Just lips that feel as good as they look.

We enhanced her natural shape, built volume through the body, refined the cupid’s bow and focused on hydration so the finish stays smooth and soft.

Lip filler is never one size fits all. It’s about your goals, your face, your proportions.

That flat bottom lip really makes the difference.

This client wanted a balanced, structured shape that still felt natural, and the result speaks for itself. Subtle enhancement, clean definition, and a finish that complements her features rather than overpowering them. She was genuinely delighted with the outcome, which is always the best part.

Thoughtfully tailored lips, designed to enhance not transform.

✨ Facial Areas Where Muscle-Relaxing Injections May Be Discussed ✨

• Frown lines – Helps reduce overactivity of the muscles between the brows, softening the appearance of vertical lines.
• Forehead lines – Modulates muscles responsible for repeated brow elevation.
• Crow’s feet – Relaxes muscles around the eyes that contribute to fine lines.
• Brow positioning – Muscle balance can influence brow position and eye openness.
• Jawline / jowls – Reducing downward-pulling muscle activity may support improved lower-face contour.
• Masseter – Modulates jaw muscle activity, which may influence facial contour and teeth grinding.
• Nasal tip – Relaxes the muscle that pulls the nose downward when smiling.
• Bunny lines – Reduces contraction of nasal muscles that create lines when scrunching the nose.
• Dimpled chin – Relaxes the mentalis muscle to improve uneven or pebbled texture.
• Downturned mouth corners – Reduces muscle activity that pulls the mouth corners downward.
• Gummy smile – Limits excessive elevation of the upper lip when smiling.
• Upper lip movement / fine lip lines – Reduces overactivity around the mouth, which may soften vertical lip lines and subtly influence lip roll.

All treatments are considered on an individual basis, following a full consultation, facial assessment, and prescription from a qualified prescriber where appropriate.

January always feels like a reset. Not just mentally, but for our skin too.

After months of stress, cold weather and doing the absolute most, skin can start to look a little tired, thinner and dull. Polynucleotides are one of my favourite treatments for this exact reason. They are not about changing your face or chasing quick results. They work quietly in the background, encouraging your skin to repair itself, improve hydration and strengthen from within. Over time, skin looks healthier, fresher and more resilient rather than “done”.

This is why starting polynucleotides in January makes so much sense. They are a treatment you build on. Starting now means you are giving your skin time to regenerate properly, so by the time spring and summer come around, the improvement in skin quality feels natural and effortless. If you are planning your 2026 skin goals, this should absolutely be on that list.

I work with Vitaran because the quality matters. Its polynucleotide formulation is highly refined and designed to support true skin regeneration, making it perfect for areas like the under eyes, face and neck where skin needs strength as well as glow.

If this year is about investing in your skin, not rushing it, polynucleotides might be exactly what you are looking for. Send me a message to chat or book a consultation.

Nothing better than a bit of lip filler on a Monday. Swipe for before ➡️

First time lip filler is never about changing someone’s face. It’s about listening, respecting natural anatomy and knowing when less really is more. This client was very clear that she wanted to stay natural, just a soft enhancement to shape and a subtle boost in volume. No overfilling, no heavy look, just balanced, hydrated lips that still feel like her.

This is exactly why first sessions should always be conservative. You can always build, but you can’t take away once it’s done. The goal is for people to notice you look fresh, not to immediately know you’ve had filler.

If you’re considering lip filler but worried about looking overdone, this is your sign that it doesn’t have to be that way.

DM to book a consultation or ask any questions. Subtle results are always intentional.

Liquid rhinoplasty is all about subtle enhancement. Using a small amount of dermal filler placed precisely to lift, balance and improve symmetry. Thoughtful, minimal tweaks that create a beautifully natural difference.
