Just a quick post to let you all know I am getting very booked up during December now 😬 however for those of you that aren't as organised (like myself) I have got some availability next week for the bigger appointments such as colours, so if you'd like your colour done with myself before Christmas I'd recommend getting in contact ASAP.

Just a few things:
- Please wear a face mask
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival
- Remember to sign in either with the NHS app or filling out the form in the desk
- Please arrive at appointments on time, as you can imagine the first month is going to be very busy.
- A slight price adjustment may have been made to some services to accommodate my costs increasing.

I cannot wait to see you all and for those good hair days to start!

Hey everyone hope you're all well.
I just wanted to let you all know I'm starting to get back to work preparations in place. I am however holding off from making any appointments just yet.
I appreciate all the messages from you all, its lovely to stay in touch!
I will be doing the same for bookings as I have for previous lockdowns- so if you've had an appointment cancelled since we had to put the scissors down you are on my list in order of who was cancelled first. This is the fairest way I can think to make bookings.

However if you are worried you're not on my list please don't hesitate to drop me a message and be like '🙋‍♀️ me please' whether that's an in salon or at home appointment just let me know and I can add you to my list. 😊

Once I start making appointments, I will let you all know but I will be contacting you personally, so this might take me a while to get round to you all. Please be patient with me I'm trying not to forget anyone of you lovely lot, like I say if you are worried don't hesitate to get in touch.

I can't wait to get back to work either and also can't wait to get my mop chopped!

Miss you all and countdown is in for those scissors to be picked back up!

Here's hoping I do get to come back to work as of 12th April!
Thank you to those that have messaged already but for now I won't be making any appointments until I know for certain that I can return back to work on this date.
Like previous back to work after lockdowns, I will be going through my cancellation list of people that already had appointments booked in and trying to keep this as fair as possible.
It seems as though this lockdown has lasted years and I know we all can't wait to return to some form of normality - I know my hair looks like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards!

LOCKDOWN 3.0
So unfortunately we have entered another lockdown and bad hair days are destined to follow us into 2021!
Yes this means I have to cancel your next appointment (I'm sad about it too) and to make things as fair as possible, I am closing my book to future bookings until I know exactly when it's safe for me to return.
This means any appointments cancelled from the start of me closing (31st Dec) are going to be put on a list in order for me to fairly rebook these appointments.
Some of my clients were still waiting for an appointment from the November lockdown and had remade an appointment for the beginning of January- it would be very unfair for these people to go to the back of the list, so they are now first.
I hope you all understand the struggle it is to make this process as fair as possible and that I only have one set of hands.
Once I know exactly when I can start again, I will be in touch with a new appointment date for you to confirm if you're able to make it. Thank you for continued support and understanding during this uncertain time. Charlie x

I have sent this message out to all my clients that are booked in before 15th February. As it gets closer to this date I'll know if I have to cancel anymore or am able to start making appointments again.

You know the same as me. When the announcements happen I find out the same time you do about what's going to happen or change, so please understand it may take some time to get round to you all.

So it looks like we will be in tier 4 soon! Unfortunately I haven't the answers for when I'll be able to return to work again but I will be in touch when I know.
