We’ve had lots of people asking what the new trees are at the entrance to Branches Park 🌿

They’re cricket bat willows.

These beautiful trees aren’t just elegant to look at — they’re traditionally grown for producing the finest willow used to make cricket bats. Strong, lightweight, and wonderfully British… much like the game itself.

We planted them with the future in mind. One day, they’ll stand tall and proud at the gateway to Branches Park — a proper countryside welcome, rooted in heritage and grown to last.
