I fell in love with this amazing nail art set by and just had to paint this painting inspired by my favourite elements!

Joanna’s art is incredible, her whimsical designs and incredible use of colour really speak to me so I hope I did her work justice with my painting inspired by her talent!

I would really love to do this again but what set should I use as inspiration next?

I don't say this lightly... but if you aren't doing these three things, your nails won't last!

Same goes for acrylic nails, gel nails, BIAB or press-ons!

1. Use your cuticle oil daily; once in the morning, once at lunchtime, once before bed.

2. Wear gloves when doing any household chores; washing up, cleaning, painting and any DIY, all require gloves of some kind to protect your nails!

3. Have a nail length that suits your lifestyle! A not so commonly discussed rule, but if you are a gym bunny, love weights or cross fit, go rock climbing or swimming regularly, or even enjoy frequent gardening, you will NOT be able to safely maintain long talons! You will be much better suited to a short nail length with frequent maintenance appointments!

One of my last sets for a while and it was bittersweet but I did love painting all these greens and pinks!

Birthday nails but make is giraffes!

How boujee are these giraffes, celebrating their 30th birthday with a glass of champers!

Also incorporate strawberries and icecreams as a nod to the themes of two weddings coming up and we have a set of nails that will remain relevant for the next three weeks of celebrations!

It’s always such an honour to create something so personal!

But can we just take a moment to appreciate how shiny this topcoat is?! So shiny infact that I swore a lot trying to take some half decent photos of this set! 🤬

After these, Olympics and cat portraits, I’m really going to miss all your epic themes !
