August Update
August is now very limited.
Next week I have Thursday 13th at 11.30-12.30, Friday 14th at 12-1pm
The following week, I only have Aug 18th & 20th.
I'm on holiday Aug 22nd and back on 27th

Great news is that my rotator cuff is healing nicely.
I've changed (and keeping too) how I work because I've finally learned I need to slow it down going forward :)
I take 4 bookings per day - when I'm booked I'm booked, I cannot squeeze anyone in.
I take every other Saturday off - this does mean weekends get booked up super fast and I always recommend booking a weekend with at least 2 weeks notice when you can, I will always post cancellations here.

I've re opened my online diary for those who wish to make an online booking. I take £10 deposit if you book online or direct with me.

Just a couple of updates.
You may have noticed on my website I am only offering 60 minute appointments and I’ve taken away the online booking feature.

Basically iv torn my rotator cuff, this is going to be a long term issue so I’ve really needed to sit and reflect on my business so I can continue doing the job I’ve loved for so many years.

To do this, in future I will only be offering 3 bookings per day, my hours will be greatly reduced, and I will only be offering a hour treatment unless you have already purchased a longer voucher or already booked in over the next few weeks.

Please rest assured I am not in any pain while offering treatments, I’m making the changes now to protect my body, to work on my mobility and my well-being for my future self!

I hope this doesn’t change anything for my beautiful clients, however I understand if your are looking for longer treatments and can recommend several amazing therapists I’ve worked with over the years.

If you would like a future booking I recommend advance booking as I’m basically cutting my hours in half and please remember you will need to send me a text to book💜

Hi everyone
I just wanted to say a little thank you to all my clients this week for rescheduling their appointments due to me having a cough! Thankfully it hasn’t turned into a chest infection but it’s been relentless and no one needs their massage therapist coughing during a beautiful relaxing treatment!

I’m back to work Wednesday, I’ve had to move a booked-week into a fully booked week with extreme weather so if anyone needs or wants to reschedule next week due to the hot weather please let me know asap, it’s honestly not a problem as I’ve got a waiting list due to prioritising anyone I’ve needed to cancel.

Thank you all so much for understanding, I’m so grateful to have been able to rest and recover without any pressure and I’m looking forward to getting back next week!
