In 2001 I became an NVQ Assessor A1 which allowed me to provide NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care & Holistic Therapy training in the workplace, Colleges & Community Centres. I have had many years experience working in the care profession such as St Cadocs Hospital, MIND, Domiciliary Care, Leonard Cheshire Homes, Women's Aid and providing detox treatment in Drug & Alcohol Projects. As a peripatetic tutor, I provide therapies and teach people from a variety of backgrounds including those with mental health issues, physical disabilities, the partially sighted and blind. My training programme was recognised by ELWA when I was awarded "Adult Tutor of the Year" for Wales in 2004. QUALIFICATIONS
