Bishop’s Barbers

It is with a heavy heart that I am actually posting this 💔 I have come to the decision to fully stop barbering. As some of you may already know, I have been facing certain health challenges that have greatly impacted my ability to work. Despite my best efforts to continue cutting, I have come to the difficult realisation that I just can’t do it anymore.

Effective from the 1st of March, I will be closing my books and no longer accepting any appointments. I understand that this may come as a disappointment to those who had already scheduled appointments, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you, both longstanding and new clients, who have supported me throughout my 12-year journey as a barber. Your loyalty and trust have been invaluable to me, and I am truly humbled by the relationships we have built. Without your unwavering support, I would not have been able to achieve the level of success I have enjoyed.

I gave everyone a chance before going back to cash only 🫣😂 but I am still having to remind about 10 people a week to pay for their haircut after they have been in! So unfortunately for everyone now it’s back to CASH ONLY!! Please and thank you 💈

So I’ve been telling you all to message me if I am fully booked on the app and I’d try my best to squeeze you in. However I didn’t really take into consideration the amount of clients I do a week so I’m getting snowed under with message after messaged and I keep forgetting to reply as I’m so busy cutting hair haha. So from now on if I am fully booked on the app please join the CANCELLATION WATCH on the app (you can chose days and times to be added to) then if I can fit you in at any time you have picked I WILL message YOU. This will save me getting lost and forgetting to reply to people. Hope that all makes sense any questions on the cancellation watch if you get stuck message me!

I really wasn’t happy with my logo I made when moving the barbers to my studio. I didn’t feel like it was very ‘me’. So I made another one and I hope you all like it 😍💈 can’t wait to get my jumpers and T’s made now💈 remember if you go on the app and I’m fully booked give me a message and I will fit you in somewhere that suits 💈

I’ve never been so emotional 🥺

The last 6 weeks have been very stressful. From emptying St James Street Barbers to building my very own Barbering studio in my garden. Also having to cut hair in my kitchen was not ideal but I made it work until the studio was ready. I literally can not thank my step dad enough for the 3rd time helping me build my 3rd barbershop - I have promised him no more now 😂. Also a big thank you to for my window frosting of my new logo 😍 and of course for helping my step dad and for the emotional support, being there for me to help whenever I needed it. I honestly feel so blessed to have this set up, I’m so excited for all my clients to see it. I also want to thank all my clients for always following me and staying loyal 💙💈

Welcome to Bishop’s Barbers 💈

As from the 7th September I will be working from home in a purpose built studio. However I am not taking on any new clients (If you’re signed up on the app already you’re safe 😉) as I have enough very loyal customers to keep me very busy! To all my regulars please remember if you go on the app and can’t find a slot that suits you please contact me and I will fit you in as I will be a lot more flexible with my hours 💈

And that’s it after almost 4 years working along side each other chey and I are going our separate ways.

We are both continuing barbering but at different locations.

Chey will be running Garage Inc Barbershop in east cowes and I will be working from home. I’ve had a newly converted summerhouse that will now be my very own barbershop.

Chey will soon be taking bookings on the BOOKSY app and will all be offering walk ins down at Garage Inc Barbers.

I be will still be on the usual NEARCUT app and taking bookings from Wednesday 17th onwards (I am on holiday from the 27th august to the 7th September) you will receive a text the day before your appointment of where to go.
