The past couple of weekends I have been practicing what I preach.

Resetting and recharging.

I've spent time with family and friends, I spent more time just doing nothing and not responding and reacting to all things work related.

I've given myself the weekend off!

I've caught up when I can and how I can with people and not over thought about how that is.

I was given the opportunity to enjoy and indulge a Full Moon Circle and it was so lovely to receive the care and energy that was put into creating that.

I sat back and just rested.

Believe me, as a business owner this can feel difficult and weird to do because there's always something to do but sometimes doing nothing helps things happen.

Here's to a new week feeling rested and re-energised!

There is parking and easy to maneuver around treatment rooms, with comfortable couches that are height adjustable. The space is clean, beautifully decorated and very relaxing.

Thank you so much for attending the Circle of Light evenings last week.

It was such an honour to share space with you all and hear your stories, hear you open up and share your life with us.
It's good to watch you and help in the creative part of the evenings too.

We made wind chimes to put up in our homes. Wind chimes modulate "qi" (energy flow), breaking up stagnant areas and attracting prosperity or protection depending on where they are hung. Using a combination of shells these represent lightness, joy, and fluid adaptation to change.
