There might be days when it all feels a bit much. Maybe overwhelmed by day-to-day life, not knowing what to do next, or how to handle a particular situation.
Such a moment could indicate that self-care is more important than taking decisions and some time out might feel better than taking action. If that's how you feel, we've got you. Come on down and forget about the world for an hour. Whatever you're dealing with is not going to go away, but you're likely to feel in a better space to deal with it after an hour of 'me-time'. Please, look after yourself - there's nothing selfish about self-care.
Thank you, Sue and John, for bringing your merry band of family to Sauna Uno today. Rarely have I heard so much laughter, squeels, and giggles coming from the sauna bus, the beach, and the sea. The budgy smugglers were hilarious too! π
Well done to the Iron Man in the group ππ. Completing under 12 hours is no mean feat, and I'd like to think that today's sauna session helped you in your recovery. Hats off to you!

: That moment, when one of this morning's customers comes out of the water with a huge grin on her face before stepping back in the sauna, says she's so happy and that we're the best one around... That's what we're here for!

Today, Sauna Uno welcomed back Tiff, Pete, and Charlie from Soul & Soma in Cardiff. They were also at the sauna yesterday, with a group of 12 people who came to the Soul&Soma retreat they facilitated nearby Newport - a weekend of yoga, pilates, walks, good food, fab company, and a session at Sauna Uno!
We loved the feedback we received today on how the group enjoyed their sauna session. For some it was a first, others hadn't been in the sea since they were children, and most of all: the sauna felt so good, they played in the sea, and they had fun!
We very much appreciate the collaboration with Soul & Soma, and look forward to welcoming their next retreat group in the new year.
It's raining a bit. And? Have you ever felt the soft rain on your skin coming out of the sauna and while in the sea? If not, you don't know what you're missing, as it's an amazing experience!
So come on down to where we've got it nice and toasty for you. We'd be so happy to see you.
