Going forward, the minimum charge will be based on the service you have booked, regardless of any changes on the day. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved solely for you, and if services are reduced last minute, this leaves me unable to fill that space and can result in a financial loss.

As you all know, appointments are booked for a set time so, if additional work is required or your appointment runs over the allocated time, this will be charged accordingly.
