It feels like I haven’t updated you all in a while, so here’s a little business update…

✨ Fresha Booking System
I’ve decided to close down my Fresha booking system due to appointments becoming confusing and some double bookings (completely my fault! 🙈 Between running the beauty room and a busy home life, it just wasn’t working for me).

From now on, please message me directly to book all appointments.

🤎 Deposits
Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and you’ve received a confirmation message from me. If no deposit has been paid, your appointment slot will not be held. This helps protect my business from cancellations and ensures my clients have their appointments secured.

📅 Availability
I won’t be taking any appointments between 7th–11th August, as I’m away.

All messages and enquiries will be replied to on the evening of 11th August.

all my appointments are all over the place because I’m using the booking app & people messaging me privately. Twice today I’ve had clients turn up when I’ve double booked myself or haven’t put them in and I’m ever so sorry
I’m going to go threw them this evening
And message everyone to get it sorted if you don’t get a message your appointment is fine.

So starting August all appointments will be booked through myself , my booking system is going.
But please remember your appointment will not go ahead without a deposit , as when deposit is received you will get confirmation, if you don’t receive confirmation you haven’t got an appointment.
