A little update from me. At of the end of this month I will be leaving these beautiful views and returning back to my studio in Newquay. Life has been lifing a lot lately and it’s easier for me to be at home. My annex is in redecoration mode & I can’t wait to show you all the finished space. Even though I’m sad to leave my beautiful little room I’m excited to be coming back to Newquay & will have more availability on different days and times. All bookings from 1st May will be in Newquay - if you’re already booked and would prefer to have your treatment at Lanteague let me know as I will be doing the odd day there. Scroll left for my before and after. I came across a photo of myself back in 2018 when I was 38, I hadn’t realised what a difference facial massage had made to my eye area. I’m 44 (next week) and my eyes, in my opinion look significantly less hooded with less crow feet.
Facial massage isn’t a quick fix but with consistency you can see long lasting change. I’ve been doing facial massage on myself for the last 2 years but more frequently in the last 6 months.

My top tip for your skin in this windy weather is a simple one. Spritz your face with floral water/hydrosol and follow with your favourite face oil. Helps lock in moisture and stops you from drying out. Easy peasy 🌬️🍃

Look at the difference I’m my husbands forehead lines in 15 minutes, with just fascia release massage. No product (although I did use a bit of oil post treatment) no gua sha, just my fingers and 15 minutes- using method.
