Aloha my gorgeous clients....
I apologize for anyone I forgot to contact but this post is to keep you all in the loop.
This summer I'm working as a Therapist with an 'active holiday' provider (that provides Holidays across Europe).
This means I have left the country for now.
I'm currently in Kalamata, Greece and will fly out to Italy from Athens early Sunday.

Short term this means I'm unavailable & enjoying warmer climes.
Long term (depending on when and where I appear in the UK) I will have a broader range of massage movements and product/ingredient recommendations for your delicious bodies.

Keeping with the theme of the goodness of oils/fats....
If you're looking for a natural and eco cleanser I really do recommend olive oil.

Free from nasties & chemicals. Organic, extra virgin & cold pressed probably best.
Packaging can be free from plastics, & most people will have some in their kitchen.
It's also a money saving option.

In my previous post I did a full body oil cleanse...but if you don't have the time then just do a facial cleanse. Massage into the skin the same way you would an ordinary cleanser, pre-shower.
Whilst showering allow to soak into the skin - letting the skin absorb it's goodness.
At the end of the shower wash the oil off, pat dry with a towel & you're good to go.

You won't need to moisturise, as your skin will feel deliciously hydrated, and will take the same amount of time to use as a conventional skincare cleanser.

Current eco-shower routine, using oil as a pre-cleanser before showering...

- moisturises the skin before shower, leaves a layer of moisture on the skin post-shower
- free from chemicals
- gives the chance for you to massage & moisturise muscles and joints
- plastic free, buy organic oils in glass containers.

Adapt oils to your taste; coconut & olive oil are my favourites at the moment.

Spend about five minutes applying oil & massaging into skin before shower.
Warm shower to start, to melt off excess oil, then I cold shower for the last part to help soothe muscles and lock in the oils. Dry off & you're good to go.
