Every homemade bake at Lanow is mixed, baked and finished right here in our little coffee trailer. Believe it or not… it’s true!

Mornings, evenings and any spare moment in between are usually spent baking. It might be cosy in here, but somehow we still manage to keep the cake counter full.

It’s amazing what you can fit into one little trailer and even more amazing what you can create. I love the challenge and I wouldn’t have it any other way🤎😅

Welcome to Lanow Sauna 🤍

Escape to our coastal sauna overlooking the stunning Crantock Bay.

Alternate between the warmth of the sauna and our two natural cold plunge baths, refresh beneath the cold bucket shower and rinse off under our hot outdoor showers.

With a full glass frontage framing uninterrupted sea views, every session offers a front-row seat to one of Cornwall’s most beautiful landscapes.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, aid recovery, catch up with friends or simply take an hour for yourself, Lanow Sauna is a space to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Well, well, well… have we got a treat for you! 🥭🍊✨

Our Goose and Gull Granola Cups have been absolutely flying out and we’re only a week in to them being on the menu! So we’re super grateful for all the love you’ve shown them!

So… it only felt right to welcome a new addition - the Chick Granola Cup 🥭 🍊

Layers of vanilla whipped Greek yoghurt, homemade granola, a mango & passion fruit swirl, topped with juicy mango and fresh orange for the ultimate tropical freshness and taste!

Fresh, fruity and made to order and it’s basically sunshine in a cup ☀️

P.S. You may also think where these names for the granola cups have come from… well Goose is the name of the rock of Crantock, Gull for Holywell and Chick for Polly Joke 🤍
