Your healing journey is yours alone, others might have similar experiences to you but it is not the same. Energy works in beautiful ways, it does not need to be forced, it is not miracle work. Energy and light will go wherever it is needed in the body during a treatment and the recipient will receive what is needed to release old emotions and blockages that are ready to face and let go of. Healing is not mediumship but sometimes spirit, angels or guides will show up at that time to assist in the healing. I have witnessed some beautiful energies during treatments over the years and as much as I would love it to happen every time, I don't think I would appreciate if it did. I love giving and receiving treatments, when people show up to take care of their mental and physical wellbeing, putting their trust in me is always a beautiful honour, especially on such a life changing journey.
Some of you going through a lot of sickness at the minute, attending hospital appointments, receiving medical care and continuing to smile and put on a brave face for family and friends. This post today is for all of you who continue to get out of bed to face another day, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!

Healthy circulation is essential for every part of the body. Blood delivers oxygen and nutrients to tissues, while the lymphatic system helps remove waste products and supports immune function. When circulation is compromised, people may experience cold hands and feet, fatigue, slower recovery, or a general feeling of heaviness in the body.
Reflexology works holistically, encouraging deep relaxation and supporting the nervous system. When the body moves out of a stress-response state, blood vessels can relax, which may help improve circulation throughout the body. This shift also supports lymphatic movement, allowing fluids and waste products to move more efficiently.
By supporting both blood and lymph flow, reflexology may help improve tissue health, energy levels, and the body’s natural ability to repair and restore itself. As a complementary therapy, it does not replace medical care, but it can be a valuable part of maintaining whole-body wellbeing and resilience over time.

The immune system is closely linked to the nervous system, lymphatic system, and the body’s response to stress. When the body is under prolonged stress, immune function can become less efficient, affecting recovery and resilience.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy that works by encouraging deep relaxation and supporting the body’s natural self-regulation. By helping to calm the nervous system, reflexology may assist in reducing the physiological effects of stress, which in turn supports immune processes.
Reflexology is also thought to support lymphatic flow, an important part of immune function that helps the body move waste products and maintain internal balance.
By working gently with the whole body rather than targeting symptoms alone, reflexology supports balance and resilience, helping the body function as effectively as possible over time.

Did you know every area of your body is mirrored on your feet? 🤯
Reflexology is based on the principle that specific points on the feet, known as reflex areas, correspond to different organs, glands and body systems. By applying gentle, targeted pressure to these points, a reflexologist works to encourage improved circulation, support the body’s natural processes and help restore balance between systems.
The foot map you see here shows the location of these reflex areas. For example, the tips of the toes relate to the head and sinuses, the arch corresponds to digestive organs, and the heel reflects the lower back and pelvic area.
During World Reflexology Week, we’re highlighting the science behind this centuries-old practice and the benefits it can offer in modern life.
