Bella Rosa Cottage is looking for a dedicated, professional therapist to join our close-knit spa team on a full-time basis (36.5hours per week).

This role is ideal for someone who is committed, reliable, and passionate about building a long-term career in the spa industry. We are seeking a therapist who wants to grow within this role and become an integral part of our business.

Are you someone who loves creating calm, welcoming spaces and enjoys a bit of variety in your day? We’re looking for a Spa Assistant to become an essential part of our small, friendly spa team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, caring, and happy to help wherever needed. You won’t just be front-of-house—you’ll be the person who helps everything flow smoothly behind the scenes too.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering phone calls and booking clients into treatments

Welcoming clients and helping them feel relaxed from the moment they arrive

Preparing treatment rooms so our therapists are ready to work their magic

Doing spa laundry (towels, linens, robes) and keeping everything fresh and tidy

Light housekeeping to keep the spa calm, clean, and inviting

Shopping for spa groceries and essentials

Helping out with general day-to-day tasks that keep the spa running smoothly

We’d love someone who:

Has a warm, friendly personality and great communication skills

Is reliable, organised, and happy to multitask

Enjoys keeping spaces clean, calm, and well-prepared

Takes pride in helping others and being part of a team

Is flexible and doesn’t mind that no two days are exactly the same
