I know how easy it is for gift vouchers to get tucked away and forgotten, but I do need to remind everyone that expired gift vouchers cannot be accepted.

As a small business,I rely on clear booking timelines and accurate voucher redemption, which means am unable to extend or honour vouchers once they’ve passed their expiry date.

👉 So please don’t ask to use an out-of-date voucher, as I don’t want to put you in the position of being refused

If you have a voucher that’s still valid, I encourage you to book in as soon as possible to make sure you don’t miss out.
