Hi everyone!

I realise I’ve been very quiet on here lately, so I thought I’d pop on and give you a little update..

Some of you may know that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and although it’s been really well controlled for many years, I’ve recently had a pretty horrible flare-up. It’s been coming and going and, unfortunately, hanging around for weeks!

I decided it was time to listen to my body and temporarily step back from massage while I concentrated on getting things back under control. It wasn’t an easy decision, especially as I absolutely love what I do, but I knew I needed to give myself some time.

Thankfully, my rheumatology team have been brilliant and managed to see me fairly quickly. I’ve now got a new medication plan in place and, fingers crossed, I’m on the right track again. 🤞💗

So I’m very happy to say that I’m ready to get back to the massage room! 🥰💆‍♀️
I’m really looking forward to seeing my lovely clients again, catching up and, of course, getting those massage hands back to work! 😂

Thank you so much to everyone who has been patient, understanding and checked in on me while I’ve been a little quiet. It really has meant a lot ❤️
