Hi girlies! A little introduction of myself if your new here🫶🏼I’m Acacia, I’m 27 and mum to my three gorgeous girls

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 10 years, and coming up to 3 years as a lash tech and honestly, I still love it just as much as I did when I started!🤍

I’m based at HD Beauty in Newton Abbot, where you’ll usually find me with a redbull in hand, lashes on the go and probably talking about my next holiday 🤣

I’m currently decorating my little corner at the salon and making it feel more “me” hence the empty frames and no certificates in them just yet! Don’t worry, they’ll soon be filled with lots of lovely certificates and achievements!

But my business is growing into something even more exciting! I’m now an educator too! 🎓

Teaching, sharing what I’ve learnt and helping other girls build their own confidence in the beauty industry is something I’m SO excited about 🫶🏼

‼️ A LITTLE REMINDER REGARDING MY CANCELLATION POLICY

I’ve had two appointments this weekend that have resulted in £110 of lost income due to a no-show and a very last-minute cancellation, so I just wanted to remind everyone of my cancellation policy.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved especially for you. Unfortunately, when appointments are cancelled last minute or completely missed, I’m usually unable to fill that space with another client.

My cancellation policy:
• Cancellations within 24–48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• If you cancel within the cancellation period and wish to rebook, your new appointment must be paid for in full.
• If something unexpected happens, please communicate with me as soon as possible.

I completely understand that things happen, and I’ll always try to be as understanding as possible. But I’m a small business, and losing £110 from two appointments is a huge amount for me.
