We wanted to send out a quick update regarding a few changes we are putting in place across the salon, effective immediately.

These changes have been introduced to help keep appointments running smoothly, make communication clearer, and most importantly, ensure that our therapists can provide the best possible experience for every client in a professional and stress-free environment.

Appointment Payments:

Going forward, invoices for appointments will be sent to clients over the weekend before their appointment.

You will receive two reminders regarding your outstanding payment. If payment has not been received by Monday evening, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and the slot may be offered to someone on our waiting list.

If you have already paid a deposit through our booking system, you will only be invoiced for the remaining balance.

We appreciate that things can occasionally be missed, but this process will now be followed consistently so that appointment spaces are not being held when payment has not been received.

Lash Infill Appointments with Chrissie:

Chrissie will now be offering 2 new specific treatments called:

2 Week Infill – Pre-Made Fans £32
3 Week Infill – Pre-Made Fans £37

These treatments are specifically for clients who have pre-made fans applied and require an infill.

We have had a number of clients booking a classic infill but requesting a fuller set using pre-made fans. As pre-made fans have a different product cost and require a different amount of product, the new treatment options have been introduced to ensure the price accurately reflects the service being provided.

Please make sure you select the correct treatment when booking.

We would also like to clarify that Chrissie is not currently qualified in Russian Volume lashes, so she cannot provide Russian Volume/Volume lash sets at this time.

If you would like a Russian Volume set, these appointments can be booked with Tai on:

• Tuesday evening
• Thursday evening
• Friday daytime

Salon Communication:

From now on, all client communication must go through our business pages or the salon phone.

We will no longer be responding to appointment enquiries, messages or work-related communication through our personal phones or personal social media accounts.

Our personal numbers and pages are for our personal lives, and keeping this separation is really important to us.

Please don’t take this personally if we don’t respond through a personal account, we will simply direct you to the appropriate salon communication channel.

We want to maintain a friendly and welcoming salon, whilst also putting clear boundaries in place that allow our team to enjoy their work without unnecessary stress outside of working hours.

We are incredibly grateful for all of our lovely, supportive clients and we really appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these changes.
