šŸ† Dedicated - Researched - Accountable šŸ†

Hats off to my amazing client that did absolutely everything I asked of him , he ordered the supplements straight away , started the wishskinhealthuk products and has been religiously using these. Booked the course of AerolaseĀ® Healthy Energy for All Skin sessions , knew his food and lifestyle triggers, stopped and managed those. šŸ‘šŸ¼

Going from pustules every single day that truly affected him so badly to clear healthy happy skin is the biggest win ā¤ļø

I love to see the happiness change in peoples faces when I put a before and after together, it’s truly the best part of my job

Thank you so much for letting me share SaM2 legend šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

šŸ©øšŸ’‰ The next stage in my health journey with Farren Brown | Health Coach - my Next Blood draw , GI testing šŸ’‰šŸ©ø

I promised I’d document all the changes so this is my update

My test was for these markers

Draw 1 (fasting, morning, cycle day 2 to 5):
Ferritin, iron, TIBC, transferrin, transferrin saturation, B12, active B12, folate (serum and RBC), MMA, homocysteine, TSH, free T4, free T3, reverse T3, TPO and thyroglobulin antibodies, FSH, LH, estradiol, total and free testosterone, SHBG, DHT, DHEA-S, prolactin, AMH, HbA1c, fasting insulin, hs-CRP, vitamin D, selenium, zinc, and an AM cortisol.

Draw 2 (cycle day 19 to 22):
Progesterone and estradiol.

Stool:
GI-MAP with zonulin (the version that includes H. pylori).

No guess work - all very deliberate testing with purpose. I honestly cannot stress enough the importance of working with someone with the knowledge, the support and experience.

Not an ad or affiliate program this is all self funded because I have spent too many years feeling this way and not getting the answers to get better ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

If you struggle with feeling unwell, tired, not yourself anymore, if you struggle with gut health , symptoms you can’t work out how to fix , no answers no matter how many questions you’ve asked I strongly recommend Farren Brown | Health Coach x šŸ«¶šŸ¼

🚨 I understand it’s hard to leave it alone and not squeeze but hear me out

One of the worst things you can do is squeeze it. Yes, you might get a bit out, but you can also rupture the follicle wall underneath the skin, pushing bacteria, oil and inflammatory debris further into the surrounding tissue. That creates a much bigger inflammatory response, which often means a spot that lasts longer, leaves more redness and has a higher chance of pigmentation or scarring.

Instead, support the skin.

For high frequency at home, I always recommend the Zemits AknoEvit. It’s one of my favourite home devices for helping reduce acne-causing bacteria and calming active breakouts.

For LED, the Omnilux Blemish Eraser is brilliant for helping reduce inflammation and supporting the skin’s healing process.

For a targeted treatment, I love the WISH Ultimate Detox Clay Mask. Apply a small amount directly onto the breakout as a targeted treatment rather than using harsh products all over your face.

And don’t underestimate ice. A good pair of ice globes are perfect, but if you don’t have any, an ice cube wrapped in a clean cloth works just as well. Keep it moving over the area for a minute or two. Don’t hold it in one place, unless you fancy an ice burn.

Sometimes the fastest way to get rid of a spot is to stop fighting it. Your skin already knows how to heal. Your job is simply to give it the best chance to do exactly that.

Somewhere along the way, we’ve started treating sunlight like it’s a toxic chemical. It’s not.

Before anyone jumps in, yes, skin cancer is real. Melanoma is serious. Repeated UV damage and sunburn increase your risk. Protecting your skin matters. Burning is never healthy.

But avoiding daylight altogether isn’t healthy either.

Light isn’t just something that tans your skin. It’s a biological signal. It helps regulate your circadian rhythm, influences hormone production, supports mood through serotonin pathways and triggers vitamin D synthesis. Your body expects daylight. It’s how we’ve evolved.

We’ve become so obsessed with preventing every wrinkle that some people are missing out on the things that make life worth living.

Running into the sea with your children. Long walks with friends. Coffee in the garden. Holidays where you’re present instead of worrying about every ray of sunshine. Fresh air. Movement. Laughter. Connection. Those things are good for your health too.

Yes, chronic UV exposure is the biggest external cause of premature skin ageing. That’s why we wear SPF, avoid burning and use common sense when UV levels are high.
But SPF should help you enjoy life, not stop you living it.

Healthy skin isn’t skin that’s never seen the sun. It’s skin that’s protected wisely, supported properly and attached to a person who’s actually out there making memories.

Balance has always been better medicine than fear. Somehow we’ve reached a point where people are terrified of five minutes in the morning sun, yet think nothing of chronic stress, poor sleep, ultra-processed food and inflammation. The irony.

There was a time when life happened outside. Children disappeared for hours and came home covered in salt, sand or mud. Families spent whole afternoons on the beach. People walked more, laughed more, sat in the garden until it got dark and didn’t need an app to remind them to step outside. Fresh air, movement, daylight and human connection weren’t wellness trends. They were just life. Maybe some of what we’re calling ā€œanti-ageingā€ today is actually taking us further away from the things that help us stay well.

ā˜€ļøMost people think UV damage starts when they get sunburnt. It doesn’t. Sunburn is caused by UVB, the ray that damages the surface of the skin and triggers redness and inflammation. It’s your body’s alarm system telling you it’s had too much.

UVA is much quieter. It penetrates deeper into the skin where it breaks down collagen and elastin, contributing to fine lines, pigmentation and loss of firmness over time. It passes through cloud and window glass too, so even on overcast days or while driving, your skin is still being exposed.

This is why I recommend a broad spectrum SPF every single day. Not because the sun is the enemy, it’s far from that!!! , but because unnecessary UV damage is cumulative. Your skin remembers every exposure, whether you burn or not. Protecting it now is far easier than trying to undo years of damage later šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ˜˜
