Just a gentle reminder of our cancellation policy. When you don't turn up or cancel last minute that appointment is wasted and we don't get paid. Please give as much notice as possible if you can't make it, it gives us a chance to reallocate the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, this will be counted as a no show therefore same policy applies, our appointments run back to back so we can't keep the next client waiting. If you repeatedly miss appointments we will need a deposit to secure any further appointments. Obviously we understand there can be emergencies, that is a different matter. Sorry for the rant but it's becoming a common occurrence and our time is as valuable as anyone else's.

Judging by the amount of Police and barriers around here this morning, it would appear Newtownards is getting a Royal visit today, so traffic, car parking and road closures are going to be a challenge. Please leave plenty of time to get to your appointment!! 🫅👸🏼

The salon will be closed on Friday 22nd May due to a family bereavement.
