The tear trough is one of the most delicate areas of the face, requiring a thorough assessment, advanced anatomical knowledge and a conservative treatment approach.

In this case, carefully placed dermal filler was used to restore volume loss beneath the eyes, soften shadowing and create a smoother transition between the lower eyelid and the cheek. The result is a fresher, more rested appearance while maintaining natural facial harmony.
