my diary is officially closing for new clients until the new year🥹

this is something I’ve gone back and forth with for a while now, and something I’ve always said id never do. however, it’s becoming simply impossible & not enough hours in the day to take on anymore new clients at the moment.

any extension clients will know that all my clients have to return every 8-10 weeks for refits therefore it’s very rare i’ll ever have gaps in my diary to slot in new clients, in which im finding myself putting these appointments at the start and the end of my days.

i never ever in a million years thought id be in a position to be able to do this, to every client that walks through the door every day - i am so grateful beyond words to how busy you all keep me and have done over the last 8 years. my business has grown to a level i could never ever imagine & for that I’ll be forever grateful.

this is absolutely the right thing to do for now, to ensure im providing the best service possible to my clients & to give me the time outside of being behind the chair to do everything else which comes with having a business, run a salon with 12 staff, be a mum to my baby & have a life outside work.

any new clients that are booked in for consultations that haven’t seen me yet, will be contacted as these will be cancelled. you will be given the details of all the other amazingly talented girls in the salon that offer extensions. please see their pages below for reference:

thank you for your understanding & huge apologises in advance to any new clients booked for consultations that this will disappoint but my current clients will always be my priority and my main focus. i’ll be reviewing this in the new year & will likely review every 6 months incase any clients do drop off for any reason.
