🤎 Medical & consent forms
All medical and consent forms must be fully completed before your appointment. Failure to complete these beforehand may result in your appointment being rearranged. (If you are struggling to complete your forms we can arrange for you to come to clinic and we can do these together)

🤎 Deposits
Deposits are required to secure all appointments.

🤎 Bookings & price list
All up-to-date prices and available appointments can be found on Fresha. Please use my online booking system wherever possible to check prices, availability and book your treatments. (Excluding offers I may have running at the time)
