It’s time to make a choice…..what would you choose?? 🤔

Let’s think about the weekend and you want a curry. You want to lose weight but it’s takeaway curry night on a Saturday and that’s your treat after a long week. So what do you do? You can’t be bothered to cook because it takes too long, costs too much and doesn’t taste the same 😒

So….you go on just eat and order your curry and it’s a 40 minute wait, £14.95 plus delivery 😬. The curry is 25 swips for the sauce and the naan bread is up to 20 swips. You have to eat it all because it’s cost so much. You feel bloated and overfull and it was dripping with grease 🤢

Or….you could make a change and cook this quick win chicken tikka masala…..ready in 20 mins, would cost a fraction of the price, no grease and completely swip free….best of all bloody delicious 😋 pair this with a SW naan as a fibre choice and you’re winning 🏆

You don’t have to miss out, just make a choice 💪🏻
