Slimming World at Linskill

"Woohoo! We got the news we wanted...we can return to group from May 17th! I know I'm not the only one who'll be really excited to hear that!

What I also know is that some of you might be feeling a bit anxious....about what the scales might say, about being in group.

I understand! I get it! Because I feel the same! Honest!
I'm not the weight I want to be after gaining during lockdown.
I'm a little bit anxious about being back among so many people.

But you know what.....
I want you to know that I will continue to run my groups in the safest way possible.
That you can stay to group or weigh and go...whichever you feel most comfortable with at the minute.
That whatever the scales say isn't important right now! We can work on that soon!
You are worth so much more than just your weight! Let's just get back together and start smiling again!
