Lady got fed up with trying to keep the semi colour topped up in her hair and did not want to risk putting highlights through it as it was already previously damaged, so she opted to go back dark 🖤💣

The lady bleached her own hair as she did not want Balayage anymore, unfortunately she ended up with yellow tones which she did not want. Her hair was very damaged from the bleach, I suggested a bleach break and to add a semi toner hair colour to keep it bright to help with condition but to also get rid of the harsh yellow tone. The end result is fab and it looks more conditioned with a nice shine, beautiful warm and rich 🧡✨️

Lady only ever wanted a root touch up and wash, the end result is on wet hair, which she wanted. The colour match is much better 💖
