HALF LEG OR FULL LEG?

A little guide to one of my waxing treatments…

HALF LEG
From just above the knee to the ankle. Perfect if you mainly want smooth lower legs without committing to a full leg wax.

FULL LEG
From the top of the thigh, including a standard swimwear or underwear line, right down to the ankles. Ideal if you want completely smooth legs and a break from shaving.

Massage can be restorative but also routine maintenance rather than an emergency repair.

So many of us wait until we’re exhausted, burned out, or in pain to get a massage.

One of my monthly ‘must haves’ is a massage. My body thanks me for it in so many ways. To me it’s self care, an hour to let go and allow my nervous system to relax, time away from what I have to do and everything that needs my attention. Where I can totally relax and feel rested.
