Following world hearing day earlier this month, a lot of people will be more aware of their hearing loss and are likely looking to have a hearing aid fitted. Prior to this, it would be a good idea to have any obstructive wax cleared from your ears. This ensures a secure fit for the hearing aid and assists them to work as effectively as possible!

I’ve had a lot of messages this week enquiring around my prices.

I operate a fixed pricing structure. All visits and examination are charged at a rate of £20, to cover my time and travel, and must be paid even if your ears are found to not require clearance. If there is any treatment needed this is done at an additional cost of £30. This £30 is a fixed fee and will not change regardless of how long the treatment takes, how many ears are cleared or which techniques are employed, even if multiple techniques are used in the same session. If treatment cannot be completed for any reason during the initial appointment, a follow up visit to finish the clearance will be offered free of charge.
