January~December 2025 the year I decided to start making a change, move my body more, pick a kettle bell up and prioritise myself a little more, the year I tried to not burn out with work and try and have more of a work and home life balance. It’s still a struggle to sometimes achieve that time but definitely working towards it. Spending time with those I love, making the time to not miss any of my children’s school activity’s and giving them the best I possibly can and concentrating on putting my energy into the areas of my work I feel are most aligned to me now ✨ having more intention and better boundaries 💪🏼 and to carry this into 2026 Grateful for another year, another year with the best work team and clients 💫 all while doing a job I love, it’s not always easy being self employed! It comes with a lot of stress and unseen bits but you guys make it all worth it ☺️ Ending the year with gratitude 🙏🏼 Thank you so much for the support, trust, and love this year 🫶 All the best to each and every one of you for 2026! I hope it is a happy and healthy one full of lots of love, laughter and peace ☮️

December so far! Very very grateful to have such lovely clients and work family 🫶 lots of nails and make up this December and also lots of people still taking time out for some switch off time booking in for massage and reflexology.
