Today feels very real... 🥹✨

It’s my official last day working from home, where it all started.

What began as a dream, a few clients, and a lot of determination has grown into something I could have only imagined. There have been long days, late nights, very early mornings, challenges, sacrifices, and moments where I questioned myself, but every step has led me here.

Tonight I close this chapter and begin a brand-new one in my very own studio. 🤍

I’m so grateful to every single client who has supported me, trusted me, recommended me, and helped make this possible. Without you, Retro Studio would still just be a dream.

Today feels emotional, exciting, scary, and surreal all at once. But most of all, I feel proud of how far I've come.

Here's to new beginnings, bigger dreams, and the next chapter of Retro Studio. ✨🥂

I did it!!! 🥹😭

Without being too soppy, just over a year ago I was 8 stone heavier and genuinely never in a million years thought I’d be the kind of person completing a run like this, never mind one with sooo many brutal hills, rough tracks, the HEAT, and moments where I wanted to quit.

A year ago I was just trying to survive day to day in my own body, struggling with confidence and convincing myself I wasn’t capable of things like this. I used to look at people running races and think “that could never be me.” But today it was me. 🥹

No perfect training plan, no “runner” background, just showing up, pushing through mentally, and proving to myself how much can change in a year when you keep going even on the hard days.

This meant so much more than just crossing a finish line. It’s proof of how far I’ve come physically, mentally, and emotionally. From losing weight, rebuilding confidence, learning discipline, and becoming someone I’m genuinely proud of.

I’m honestly overwhelmed thinking about the version of me from last year compared to now. If she could see me today, she wouldn’t believe it. 😭

Forever grateful to everyone who’s supported me to I saw you all, you encouraged me, and especially to Kyle for getting me through those tough parts today 🫶🏻

For anyone starting from zero, please don’t underestimate what you can become in a year. Keep showing up for yourself. 🤍
