This room is currently kitted out to suit a hairdresser and would ideally suit another hairdresser, however it can be used for a different service(s) if preferred.
Room includes 2 salon chairs, 2 waiting area chairs, backwash sink, all shelving and vanity area.

*Stock and hair tools not included*

Water and electric included in monthly rent fee.
Available to rent ASAP, viewing can be arranged.
Part time or long term contract can be discussed.
