A modern hub with a 25 m pool (moveable floor & ramp access), state-of-the-art 80-station gym, group fitness & cycle studios, relaxing spa with sauna, steam & jacuzzi, hydrotherapy pool, and swim lessons for all ages. ⏰ Sessions run from 10:00am–12:00pm (30-minute lessons)

Ready to take on a rewarding challenge? Our National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) course is taking place at Moulton Leisure Centre this August!
📅 Course Dates:
• Sunday 16th August
• Monday 17th August
• Tuesday 18th August
• Wednesday 19th August
• Friday 21st August
⏰ 9:00am – 6:00pm (Thursday off for results day)
Before you apply, you’ll need to be able to:
✅ Be 16+ on the day of assessment
✅ Swim 50m in under 60 seconds
✅ Swim 100m continuously (front and back)
✅ Tread water for 30+ seconds
✅ Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool
✅ Climb out of the pool unaided
💷 Course Cost:
£275
🎓 Student Rate: £250 (proof required)
