It’s controversial, but I would love to hear your opinion!
For me personally the generational trauma is so different for Millenials than Gen Z, it’s not good or bad thing. My brother is Gen Z and I can see completely different struggles to our - millenials.
What’s most important is to understand that once you realise what’s stopping you - you can work on it and grow 🙇🏼♀️
