I couldn't be happier to welcome Monika Popiolek from to the Resonate community 💕🥰

From the very beginning, my vision for Resonate has been about creating more than just a studio. It's about building a space where passionate practitioners can come together, support one another, and create experiences that help people reconnect with themselves & each other...💖

Monika embodies everything Resonate stands for. Her Ecstatic Dance sessions offer a welcoming, judgement-free space to move, release, express and simply be. I know she's going to bring so much joy, connection and beautiful energy to our community 🥳

I'm so excited to watch this grow and flourish, and I can't wait to see the studio filled with music, movement and incredible people.💃🏾💖

A little bit of exciting news!! ✨️

Before Resonate Wellbeing Northants officially opens its doors, I am so honoured to be welcoming a very special guest into the space 🥳

All the way from California, Olissa Francisco will be joining us to lead an incredible Afro Fusion Dance Workshop 🤩💃🏾

🗓️ Tuesday 28th July
🕡 6:30–8:30pm
💛 £25 per person

It feels so fitting that one of the very first offerings within these walls is something that will fill the studio with movement, joy, rhythm and connection. A beautiful way to infuse the space with vibrant energy before this next chapter officially begins.🙌🏽

This two-hour workshop is open to all abilities. No dance experience is needed, just come as you are, move your body and enjoy an uplifting evening together 👏🏽💖

With over 30 years of experience in dance traditions from around the world, alongside a background in Pilates, Reiki, energy healing, wellness coaching and retreat facilitation, Olissa creates spaces where people feel empowered, connected and free to express themselves through movement.

A true energetic and celebratory force, she blends movement, healing and community to create experiences that uplift, inspire and leave you feeling more connected to yourself and those around you.

The very first plant found its home at Resonate, yesterday 😍🌿

A Prayer Plant.🙏🏽🌿

It felt like the perfect place to begin.🙌🏽

Known for gently raising and folding its leaves each evening, the Prayer Plant is often seen as a symbol of gratitude, hope, resilience and intentional growth. It reminds us that growth doesn't have to be rushed, and that there is beauty in creating moments to pause, reflect and reconnect.

As I continue to work behind the scenes, creating Resonate , every choice is being made with intention. I want this space to feel grounded, nurturing and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.💖

There's something really special about building something from the ground up 👷🏽‍♀️

As I continue bringing Resonate to life (one coat of paint, one mop of the floor and one little job at a time!), I'm so excited to finally share this next step 🙌🏽

Today, I'm opening applications for practitioners who'd love to become part of the founding community at Resonate.🥰

Whether you offer yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation, drum circles, creative wellbeing,womens/mens circles, workshops or another complementary practice, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.👇🏽

I'm looking for kind, passionate practitioners who believe in collaboration over competition, who lead with authenticity, and who want to grow alongside a community that's being created with care, intention and connection. 👌🏽

Resonate is so much more than studio hire. It's about creating a place where we can support one another, share ideas, celebrate each other's successes and build a wellbeing community that feels welcoming, inclusive and inspiring for everyone who walks through the door.

Work is well underway getting Resonate Wellbeing Northants ready for our very first Foundation Series events, and I can't wait to welcome you into the space! 👷🏽‍♀️

As part of the transformation, we're clearing out some of the existing flooring.💪🏽
