There are always nerves before the first client arrives, however the feeling of "I've actually done it" is amazing!

Our first outside client day is an important part of the journey at Three Shires Reflexology. It gives students the opportunity to put their skills into practice with real clients, while being supported and guided by their tutor.

It's often when the moment when all the hours of learning, practising and asking questions come together.

It’s a chance to experience what working with clients will really feel like — from welcoming them and creating a professional treatment environment, to carrying out the treatment and building confidence in your own abilities.

There might be a few nerves, but there will also be a HUGE sense of achievement!

Because this is where you start to see yourself not just as someone learning Reflexology, but as a Reflexologist in the making. Well done everyone!

What happens during your first Reflexology session?
