What a week with MBF Vital Finesse.

Tommy was class all week, well not best result on paper we had a very educational week and our first 3*L completion.
Thanks to my parents for all their support and for all his help over this season.
Tommy now having a well earnt holiday and excited to get back out there with him.

A little appreciation for three of my lovely clients who have unfortunately gained their wings the last couple of weeks. A gorgeous Labrador and two lovely dressage horses who were taken far too early. Lots of love to their loyal and loving owners. The hardest part of my job, a privilege to be a small part of their journeys 💔🕊️

When working together pays off! This guy yesterday presented with a decline in his way of going following a strength and condition rehab plan. A quick video sent straight to Mike who happened to be free and on site, came straight over to look, blocked and medicated the problem later that day, we will now see him in a couple of weeks to further that treatment 🙌

Endurance ponies back in the game! 💪🥰

Yesterday Nugget and I went off to Elkington for our first ride of the season. An early start, poor Stuart wasn't too impressed leaving home at 05:30.
48km in the bag and Nugget managed to behave, well mostly, except when he wanted to race wirh Kathy Carr and Storm.
The winds felt like they were going to blow me off at times and going up hill into a head on wind was hard work, but the going wasn't too bad considering all the rain and we had some fun. Sadly, I think the wind had something to do with us losing our Garmin Blaze which is usually so secure. So quite an expensive day out and no good data for me to analyse either 🥲
Thanks as always to the organisers Charlotte and Dani, and all their helpers, to Stuart and Carolyn Haupt for expert crewing along with Kathy for her company. We rarely mention our invaluable TS's in ride reports. So a big thank you to Jenny Doxey for upholding our rules and results.
