It’s the end of an era—the salon is now officially closed, and the landline has been switched off. It’s a bittersweet moment, and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. So many memories, so much laughter, and so many amazing people—I’ll truly miss it.

I am writing to you with a heavy heart to share some difficult news. Due to several staff members leaving, challenges in finding replacements, and the ongoing economic changes, I have made the incredibly hard decision to close our beloved salon. This decision was not made lightly and is deeply saddening for me.

Our salon will remain open until March 2nd. Please be sure to redeem any outstanding gift vouchers by this date. Despite these unforeseen events, I am exploring options to continue serving you from a new location, which I hope to confirm in the coming weeks. I will share a mobile number and details about a new booking system as soon as they are available.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported the salon over the past 8 years. It has been a wonderful journey, and your loyalty and support mean the world to me. Although this is a challenging time, please know that I am doing everything I can to adapt and continue providing the services you love.

I will reach out to and speak with as many of you as I can during this transition. Please understand that this has been an incredibly difficult decision, and I am truly devastated.

Thank you once again for your understanding and support. I am indeed heartbroken, but hopeful for the future.
