The latest stage in the ongoing regeneration of our town centre has taken a big step forward this morning, paving the way for an exciting new development of high-quality retail and residential units at the heart of Northampton.

Old Northampton department stores emptied ahead of demolition Buildings that used to house two major stores have been cleared and are about to be demolished.
