How to keep your hair healthy?? Here is some Essential Hair Care Tips

Wash Wisely: Focus shampoo only on the scalp to cleanse without drying out ends, and always follow with conditioner. Avoid hot water, which can strip natural oils.

Handle with Care: Wet hair is fragile; avoid rubbing with a towel (use a microfibre cloth or cotton shirt instead) and use a wide-tooth comb to detangle, working from ends to roots.

Minimize Heat: Limit blow-drying, curling, and straightening to prevent cuticle damage and breakage.

Protect from Elements: Wear hats to protect hair from sun, wind, and pollution.

Sleep on Silk: Use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction, which causes breakage and frizz.

Trim Regularly: Get a trim every 6–8 weeks to prevent split ends from traveling up the hair shaft.
